《私角落》是台湾出品最重要的同志电影之一，纪录同志酒吧「Corner’s」(角落) 的一群同志身影。他们之中许多人有两种身份，一种是在这间酒吧门内的、一种是在门外的。在面对真实自我与外界眼光时，幸而有同伴的相互取暖。

周美玲，独立制片导演，是台湾「少见身兼制作人身份的女性编导」。2007年，《刺青》获柏林影展泰迪熊奖，为人熟悉。其作品透露深厚哲学背景，执著对同性题材电影的挖掘，探讨死亡和同性恋在整个社会的立足地位。

Corner's by Zero Chou（Putonghua Dialogue, English subtitles)
This should be a story about love. Love, gender, and sexuality can bring about tremendous happiness and storms, at the same time, on people’s lives. This film tries to look at these at the closest distance possible.
