Gems Token Sale Details & Update

Exciting times coming up for both Koinify and Gems team. We*re in fifth gear prepping for launch, and are excited to clarify some of the technical details of the upcoming token sale.
GEMS token ("XGEM") will be open for purchase on Koinify platform on Monday, December 1st at 9:00AM PST.
You*re welcome to drop us a line for any questions on the timeline and structure.
Launch Plans
Great news for the early birds! The initial rate will be 17,250 XGEM per BTC, and will only last the first 48 hours during the public sale period. (Prior to the public sale, we*ll send out small number of invites to early supporters and subscribers of Koinify and Gems newsletter, who*ll enjoy same early bird rate).
After the first 48 hours, the rate will be 15,000 XGEM per BTC. Then the rate will decline by 1,000 XGEM per BTC every 5 days to a final rate of 10,000 XGEM per BTC. There will be no minimum purchase requirements.
The sale will close at December 5th 23:59:59 PST latest, or when the 3,000 BTC cap / 50M XGEM cap is hit, whichever happens first.
Important note: Any unsold XGEM tokens will be burnt at the end of the sale, by sending to a verified unspendable address.

Total: Up to 100M XGEM
§ Token Sale: Up to 50M XGEM
§ Airdrop & Incentives: 30M XGEM
§ GEMS Awareness & Promotion: 12M XGEM
§ Development Team: 8M XGEM
50M of all the XGEM will be available for purchase by the public. Any unsold XGEM will be sent to an unspendable address (i.e. burnt), hence the overall supply could be less than 100m.
After the pubic sale, Gems will be available for purchase from other owners through Melotic andBter.
What can XGEM be used for
XGEM crypto token is a core part of the Gems application and network. It enables:
§ Advertisers to purchase ads slot with XGEM, while Gem users (who choose to opt in ads) will receive extra rewards in XGEM.
§ Users to send XGEM to friends. Imagine splitting a bill with your friend using cryptocurrency, being as simple as instant messaging.

Extra perks of buying in public sale
In addition to all the features above, Gems offers one more awesome perk for the folks buying during our public sale (as opposed to purchase later from other users).
Everytime when someone joins the Gems network (without an invite), a randomly chosen public sale purchaser will receive extra XGEM token rewards, even though you weren’t the inviter. How cool is that!
