On January 22, 2015, a post from Healy's official Instagram account showed a blurred photo of a playlist of an iTunes playlist entitled "The 1975-2". The caption with the photo was simply "2". In response to thousands of fan comments, Healy replied to his own post, noting that the album will not be named "2", and it will be released in 2016.
