As what Anon asks, it seems to be that the main difference is the portrait of the King. As you can see in Silvia’s miniature, the portrait is one of the earliests of Carl XVI Gustaf, while Victoria and Madeleine have a more recent one, and Princess Sofia, the last one to join the family, has the least recent one.
