WebGIS网站，谭其骧版《中国历史地图集》纠正上线工作完成

最近安排了集中处理，将谭其骧老师的大作《中国历史地图集》全部纠正上线，发布在Maplet网站。至此，历史地图方面的资料大致完成。当然，还需要进一步检查订正。尤其开始的时候，使用了一些扫描的地图。这些扫描的地图，有一些在扫描的时候是有一些变形的，不如在网上直接获取的好一些。
