now i will post the instructions:
1.download putty
2.set up the sessions with info I provided
3.use the advanced options, choose dynamic port, 8080
4. add this port to the list and you are almost done
5. start linux command line
6. login with user and pass provided
7. set up your browser to 127.0.0.1, port 8080
8. disable the proxy for local host
9. now make sure you don't shut down my rtorrent, run it with gui
10. once putty says net work error, you have to do EVERYTHING again
11. when you want to exit , close session, but besure that rtorrent isn't down
