How should we combine a couples'name in a letter?

How should we addressed a couple's names in a letter?
For example, to put Mr. Thomas Kim and his wife Esther Kim, in a more concise fashion. Would it be okay to say Mr. & Mrs. Thomas & Esther Kim?
