                    I think its ridiculous that the winner's name is disclosed. So much for privacy. Here you go $64 million dollars announced to the world. The OLG should just post their DOB and address while they are at it (Sarcasm).

                        If winners' names are not published then there's no way to know that someone actually did win.

                            True. However we as Ontarians can control, or should eb able to control the rules of the land. That is what we agree to when we sign, but we can at some point change what has been written there (or exercise power over those who manage it). It sucks to have to accept it publicly.

                              I imagine you can't go off the grid completely, if you continue to live in a city and in a house. How would you pay for the utilities, property taxes, etc. I suppose you could sell and move out of Canada and live in some god-forsaken backward place on cash only, but even then you'll worry that someone will steal it eventually. Still, Canada would have a record of your leaving when you purchased the tickets, etc...
