This special issue focuses on theagri-biotech development and impact as well as the role of policies andregulations involved in managing the development and use of agriculturalbiotechnologies. We encourage articles that present theory and methods toassess new evidence that can advance discussion of the policy aspects ofagri-biotech development as well as implications for developing countries, suchas China. Without restricting the content, we would be particularly interestedin the submission of articles that offer theoretical applications, empiricalanalyses, case studies or institutional analyses of some aspect of theapplication and use of agri-biotech.
