《教程》联想win10开机慢、黑屏时间长的解决方法

刚装的最新开发者创意版win10，昨天我也遇到这个问题，百度了很久最终解决了，开机时间从100秒瞬减到11秒。
下面上教程

问题是由AMD显卡引起，需要关闭显卡的ULPS, Ultra Low Power State，关闭ULPS不会对系统或显卡有不好的影响。
win+R ，
输入Regedit，回车，
进注册表，
查找 : EnableULPS
右击EnableULPS修改，把 value 数值改为 0
不要改 EnableULPS_NA
系统重启

ULPS is a feature of AMD GPUs which are in a multi-GPU CrossFire configuration. You're correct in that it means Ultra Low Power State, and essentially, when enabled, it turns off the second GPU when it isn't in use.
