Lin is the SG.
Lin got SG Hardaway last game.
This game Lin gets Dion Waiters.

Lin mostly guarded Sessions in the last game. And he was the PG. When the jump ball came up, Lin took the PG spot. And most of the possessions in the 3Q, Lin was PG. That said, it alternates, but Lin was guarding the PG mostly last game.

Not necessarily, Lin's done well against Dragic. After last game you don't know whether KA would start Lin as PG instead or have him handle the ball from the start.

Lin started last game as PG. But PG/SG isn't that well defined in this system. He and DLo are both facilitating guards. And that's the case with Dinwiddie and DLo or Dinwiddie and Lin as well. At least until crunch time.

Lin stat I hope he gets tonight:
25 minutes, 16 pts, 6 assts, 1 steal, 4 rebs, and 1.5 TOs......PLEASE!

The Brooklyn Nets open up at home against the Miami Heat on Thursday night at Barclays Center, for their second game of the 2017-18 preseason.
Brooklyn is 1-0, having beat the New York Knicks in their preseason opener. You can watch the game on NBA TV, beginning at 7:30 PM.
The Nets are without Caris LeVert and Allen Crabbe for this one.
Let's go Nets.

Miami commentators reminding us that Brooklyn sat Lin and Lopez during the last game of the season that caused the Heat to miss the playoffs.
Again, he said the Nets two best players sat out the last game that caused the Heat to miss out of the playoffs.
With Lopez gone, to me, it's clear who's the "proven" best player on the team.
