The X Factor boss showed Mezghan Hussainy - to whom he proposed on Valentine's Day - round his Beverly Hills mansion yesterday.
Cowell, 50, and the 36-year-old make-up artist were pictured strolling into the gates of the £14m property and up to the huge, glossy, black front door.
