It was wrong of me to characterize university graduates as being more prone to bullying as a result of over politeness judging from the one "delivery person being late" case. Instead, they are more than capable of "letting others have it" if they are cornered. So what happens here is that they respond with hostility to those with hostility, and with kindness to those with kindness. It requires wisdom to distinguish what lies behind the facade.
